Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide (we have temporarily stopped shipping to New Zealand)!

For all orders, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order from Victoria via Australia Post. 

Australia Post times are running normally. Orders would usually arrive within 2-8 days (standard post) or 1-4 days (express post).  

We use registered post and courier for all orders. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped so you can see updates on your parcel's progress at all times.

Standard shipping: Free for orders over $65 or $9.25 to $10.25 (by weight) for orders under $65.

Express shipping: Free for orders over $89 or $12.25-$13.95 (by weight) for orders under $89. There is an option to upgrade to Express if you spend over $65. 

We cannot ship products outside of Australia at this stage.

Return to Sender Parcels

If you are not at home to receive your parcel, Australia Post will determine if the parcel can be left in a safe place. If not, the parcel will be taken to a post office and a card will be left at your address with details of how to collect your parcel, including pick-up time frames. If your parcel is not collected within the specified time frame, it may be returned to us. 

If a parcel is not picked up and is returned to us, please note that additional shipping costs ($9.25 to $10.25) will apply to have the parcel re-shipped.
