Shipping Policy

We ship to Australia-wide and New Zealand!

For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order from Victoria via Australia Post.

Note: Australia Post Christmas cut-off is 19 December for standard shipping and 21 December for express. We will process all orders made leading up to Christmas Day the following business day.

Due to postage delays with Australia Post, we are currently experiencing delays in delivery times with Australia Post for up to 5-7 business days. 

Normally, orders would usually arrive within 3-8 days (standard post) or 1-3 days (Express Post).  

We use registered post and courier for all orders. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped so you can see updates on your parcel's progress at all times. 

Standard shipping: Free for orders over $60 or $9.30 for orders under $60.

Express shipping: Free for orders over $85 or $13.00 for orders under $85.

New Zealand shipping: Free for orders over $120 AUD or $20.00 for orders under $120 AUD.

We cannot ship products outside of Australia and New Zealand at this stage.

Return to Sender Parcels

If you are not at home to receive your parcel, Australia Post will determine if the parcel can be left in a safe place. If not, the parcel will be taken to a post office and a card will be left at your address with details of how to collect your parcel, including pick-up time frames. If your parcel is not collected within the specified time frame, it may be returned to us. 

If a parcel is not picked up and is returned to us, please note that additional shipping costs (flat rate of $8.50) will apply to have the parcel re-shipped.
