Returns Policy

Here at Toe and Toe, we take pride in our products and service to ensure your purchase is delivered to you in top condition. In situations, where a refund or exchange is required, we want to make it as easy for you as possible. 

Returns & Refund
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

To return an item, please contact us first at support@totandtoe.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in a resell-able condition including being unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that sale items are non-refundable (unless faulty).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately after we have received and inspected your return items. Refunds are only processed once goods have been confirmed as resell-able.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once your item(s) are received. 

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund on Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, so please choose your products carefully when purchasing.

Exchanges

If the shoe you have purchased, does not fit your little one, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to secure stock for your exchange, however size availability cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping on Returns
You will be required to cover the cost of posting the products back to us. Please post your return within 7 days of contacting us.

If you are shipping returns, please make sure you send them in a secured box/bag to avoid damage and use a trackable shipping service (registered post). We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost in transit items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For size exchanges, we will cover the cost of posting the replacement item back to you (available once per order).

Faulty Products
If your product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.

  • your order number
  • details about the faulty product(s)
  • if possible, please also include photos so we can help to resolve the issue faster

We may need the faulty product returned to us. If so, we will provide you with the details.
